Information note on the processing of personal data pursuant to the Consolidated Act on the protection of personal data, Leg. Decree no. 196/2003

for customers/suppliers
The personal and tax data acquired directly and/or through third
parties by BOTECO spa - Via Pettinà, 16 - 36010 Zanè (Vicenza),
controller of the data, are processed in paper, electronic and
telecommunications form for contractual and legal requirements,
as well as to permit effective management of the commercial relationships.
The e-mail addresses provided may be used for the company to send advertising
material relating to services similar to those that are the subject of the existing
commercial relationship.
Failure to provide the data, when not obligatory, will be assessed case by case
by the data controller company and will give rise to the following decisions
depending on the importance of the requested data for the management of the commercial
relationship.
The data may be transmitted in Italy and/or abroad, exclusively
for the purposes indicated above and, as a consequence, processed
only for these purposes by the other parties, to:
- our network of agents
- factoring companies
- credit institutes
- credit recovery companies
- credit assurance companies
- commercial information companies
- professionals and consultants
- companies operating in the transport sector.
For the same purposes the data may come to the attention of
the following categories of delegates :
- commercial sector staff
- administrative sector staff
- technical sector staff
The interested party may exercise all the rights referred to in
art. 7 of Leg. Decree no. 196/2003 (including the rights to access,
correct, update, oppose processing and delete).
Information
for potential customers/suppliers
The identification data of the company have been freely provided
by the same during meetings at fairs, or acquired from public
lists and registers or in any case from documents available to
anyone for carrying out our marketing activities in the future.
They will be processed by the company in paper and/or electronic or telecommunications
form and will be used exclusively at our company in relation to our needs, including
future ones, for the acquisition of new customers or suppliers by despatching
commercial proposals.
The company guarantees the maximum confidentiality when processing the data and
the possibility to request the deletion (or correction) free of charge of your
data held in our files.
Your company has the power to exercise the rights in art. 7 of
Leg. Decree no. 196/2003 and, in particular, to object to data
processing in whole or in part. |
